When choosing A Visual Record, you can rest assured knowing your videographer is trained as a Certified Court Video Specialist (CCVS) in filming and producing legal video by the American Guild of Court Videographers (AGCV).

Our videographers are trained to be in compliance with the Federal Rules of Evidence, as well as the Rules of Civil Procedure. Additionally, our videographers are Notary Publics, in compliance with California law.

Dependable

We will arrive an hour before the scheduled start time to set-up, so we're ready to start when you are. After the deposition, the product is delivered in a timely manner in your choice of a variety of formats, including DVD, CD, VHS, as well as internet delivery.

Equipment

We use professional quality lavalier microphones and equipment. Filming is done using a top of the line 3 CCD pro camcorder. Most filming is done in Standard Definition (SD), but we can also film in High Definition (HD). We also have lights and backdrops available to ensure the video looks perfect.
